In 1979 Lincoln County Title Company, the oldest continuously operating Abstract Company in Lincoln County, South Dakota, was purchased by Title Services Inc. of SD.  In 2001 Title Services Escrow & Exchange LLC was formed specifically to act as a Qualified Intermediary and Exchange Accommodator to  facilitate the growing 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange segment of our business. Title Services Inc. of SD, d/b/a Lincoln County Title Company, is owned, operated and managed by Victoria A. (Viki) Wilds, President; Aaron M. Wilds, Vice President; Michael L. Wilds, CFO. Collectively we have over 80 years of title experience and we are assisted by a highly skilled and experienced staff.

It is our mission to provide market-responsive real estate transfer products and services for individuals, business, and government through our expertise and our professional and national underwriter relationships. As a closely held family managed business, we are personally and uniquely sensitive toward fulfilling the needs and expectations of all of our customers.
